Delete your data
Your data is your chats, a few settings and, if you created one, your account, and you can delete them yourself at any time. Whatever you don’t delete expires on its own.
Delete it yourself, in the app or on rubry.ai/chat
- A chat: open the sidebar (menu button on phones) and tap × next to it. It is deleted from our servers right away.
- Your account: open it from the sidebar, press “Delete account” and confirm with your password. Your email, phone, password, chats and published agents are erased right away.
- A published agent: open Publish your agent and press Remove next to it. Its page goes away right away.
- A connected agent: open “Connect your agent” and press Remove. Its address and key are erased from your cookie.
- Everything on your device: clear rubry.ai’s site data in your browser settings, or uninstall the app.
What expires on its own
- Chats, with their images: 3 days after the last message, or 18 months with an account.
- Your session: 2 hours.
- Connected agents: 30 days after you added them.
- Reported replies: 90 days.
Ask us to delete it
Write to hello@rubrion.ai with the subject “Delete my Rubry data”, and tell us the date, the approximate time and the agent of the chats you want gone. Because Rubry keeps no identity, those details are how we find them. We reply within 15 days.
